Delivery Timeframe

Please allow 2-4 weeks to receive your item.

It may take slightly longer for countries outside the US (including US states outside the mainland). For some European countries, delivery may take up to 26 days. Please contact us if it has been more than 30 days and you have not received your item.

Order Processing

Once your order is placed, we process the payment within 24 hours and your order is fulfilled within 2-3 days.

An order confirmation email will be sent to you at the time of placing, and a further email will be provided when your order has been dispatched (remember to check your spam folder!).

Processing & Shipping Time

Please allow 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS PROCESSING TIME.

Please note that for some very high demand items it may take 2-4 WEEKS SHIPPING TIME due to reproduction and restocking, depending on your shipping location.

Items may be shipped in separate packages with no additional shipping charges.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Cancellation of your order or any changes to your order is only allowed up to 24 hours from placing your order. If it exceeds 24 hours, we are not able to cancel or change the order.

Tracking Information

We will send tracking numbers for your packages to your email address when we receive them from our carriers.

In most cases, tracking will be available. Sometimes shipping takes longer than expected due to unforeseen circumstances or holiday periods. We thank you for your patience in these situations.
